Careful! The feed has to be between 700 and 1000 mm/min
The multi grain dresser has to be perpendicular to the wheel axis.

For ØP = < 3mm ==> Vd = (Ns * ØP) / 4

For ØP = > 3 mm ==> Vd = (Ns * ØP * 0.35) / 4

Ns = Number of rev / min of the wheel

Dressing infeed: 0.01 à 0.04 mm

Cooling: By applying sufficient coolant you will achieve longer tool life !

To avoid machine vibrations the holder should be kept as short as possible.
